Our IN Search@ methodology guarantees you transparency and confidentiality over the course of a 6-week collaboration.
Semaine 1 :
You are approached to take part in a preliminary telephone interview. You entrust us with your CV, which we assess in-house.
Semaine 2 :
You are invited to come and see us for an interview, during which you can obtain additional information on the company and the post. At this point, the consultant overseeing the recruitment will give you feedback on your interview and your suitability for the post to be filled in order to establish a relationship based on transparency and trust.
Semaine 3 :
We present our complete dossier to our client. This presentation is the subject of further discussion and assessment.
Semaine 4 :
Following our recommendation, you are invited to an interview with our client. The recommended candidates are invited for an appointment at the company. We take care of the organisation and the follow-up to these appointments.
Semaine 5 :
Final interviews are organised with the company. We remain very involved in the whole process to make sure you are supported.
Semaine 6 :
Discussions are held with you concerning the modalities for you joining the company.
