Assessment : Assessment of management teams

We generally operate in advance phase of a private equity operation, merger/acquisition process or prior a deal is being closed. We offer a comprehensive range of assessment services for the MD and the members of the board. These due diligence procedures maximise your chances of successfully seeing through your projects. We elaborate together the process that is best tailored to your needs: assessment of strengths, of the potential for development, your ambitions … Our consultants conduct the interviews and we submit to the client a detailed dossier on their strengths and the levers of development. This dossier can lead if required to bespoke support or an integration plan.

Coaching

Support and coaching are available to anyone who expresses a need for it and wishes to enhance their personal efficiency. It can only work with the consent of the person being coached. It serves to assess the capacities of key managers in the organisation to develop professionally, and to review and develop their skills and potential. Such support aims to be practical and professional, enabling better feedback and more serene decision-making, serving to awaken ambition, and resulting in more rapid professional development. It involves mutual agreement and commitment between the person being coached, the company and the consultant.
